To call yourself a real estate agent in Arizona you
must complete a long list of tasks.
This includes obtaining a fingerprint clearance card, 90 hours of
classroom education, a six hour contract writing class, then, pass the state
exam. Now, you are knighted into the
world of real estate agency, find a broker to hang your license on and you are
As an agent you are expected to represent your
clients in their best interests, most agents would tell you they owe their
clients fiduciary duties. A Fiduciary is

You have to trust in and have confidence in your
Realtor, we have already established that.
But you donât owe that to your Realtor, he has to earn it. How a Realtor earns this is by being loyal,

talking to them for a little bit before you decide to use them. You must have a good feeling after talking
with your Realtor to develop that trust in his loyalty towards you.
I am fortunate enough to work with a great mentor at
Treehouse Realty in Gilbert, AZ, Danny Perkinson. Danny is designated broker for the Gilbert
office of Treehouse Realty and is the namesake of Team Perkinson. Sit down and talk about Real Estate with him
one time and you will be confident in his knowledge and skill set in the
business. He can help you understand any
part of the transaction process whether you are a buyer or a seller, and for
the agents on Team Perkinson, he is a great resource to have in the office.
Team Perkinson at Treehouse Realty can handle any
type of Real Estate needs you may have with the skill and care you would expect
when making such a big financial decision.
We will not leave you hanging during any part of the process and will
always up hold our fiduciary duties to you.
